の の中でWG14（Vehicle/Roadway Warning and Control Systems）は，安全運転支援システムなど，車両の走行制御システムの標準化を中心とした活動を展開している。 設立当初から，日本が議長国であり，自動車会社を中心として，持ち回りで議長を務めている。筆者は2013年4月より，6代目のコンビーナ（WGの国際議長）を担当している。 ＊1 技術研究所 －151－ 論文・解説 27 No.34（2017） マツダ技報 WG14では，歩行者検知・衝突軽減ブレーキなどの先進安全運転支援システムや，自動車線変更などの自204/WG14の活動を中心として，ITSの国際標準化にむけた取り組みを解説する。 Summary ISO/TC204 is working on international standardization for ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) technologies. ISO/TC204/WG14 is in charge of standardization for vehicle/roadway warning and control systems. The convener of WG14 has been appointed from Japanese automotive manufacturers in turns. Current convener of WG14 is Mazda. WG14 is developing standards for advanced driver assistance systems such as the pedestrian detection and collision mitigation systems and for automated driving systems including the automated lane change system. WG14 is also developing standards for cooperative driver assistance systems that use vehicle-to-vehicle communication technologies. This article mainly summarizes major international standardization activities in ISO/TC204/WG14 in light of recent trends such as a rapid spread of active safety systems and intensifying competition in developing automated driving systems. ISO（International Organization for Standardization：国際標準化機構）の中でITSの標準化を進めるTC（Technical Committee；技術委員会）としてTC204（高度道路交通システム技術委員会）が1992年に設立され，1993年から活動が開始された。現在，12のWG（Working Group；作業部会）が活動中である。そ本稿ではISO/TC204/WG14の活動状況を紹介するとともに世界のITSの標準化の最新の動きについて解説する。 動走行システムに加え，車々間通信を用いた協調型運転支援システムに関する標準化を進めている。 予防安全システムの急速な普及や，激しさを増す自動走行システムの開発競争などの現況を踏まえ，ISO/TC交通死亡事故ゼロをめざし，ITS（Intelligent Transport Systems；高度道路交通システム）技術の実用化が急速に進んでいるが，グローバルに普及させるには国際標準化が重要である。 要 約 ITS（高度道路交通システム）に関する国際規格の策定は ISO/TC204 で進められている。この中のWG14は自動車の走行制御システムに係る規格開発を担当する。WG14は日本が議長国であり，自動車会社を中心として持ち回りで議長を選任し，現在はマツダが担当している。 三角 正法＊1 Masanori Misumi1. はじめに Technical Research Center International Efforts towards ITS Standardization ITSの国際標準化に向けた取り組み
