BEVのシステム概要と開発課題As the demand for the compliance with environmental regulations such as ZEV regulation grows, shortening Electric Vehicle (BEV), is equipped with motor (driving)-/battery (energy)-control systems that are not found in conventional gasoline-powered cars, and with the newly-developed power train system (PT system) that functions as a combination of each high voltage component.As the control system configuration of the MX30 is renewed to center on Controller Area Network (CAN), the viewpoints of the inspection-environment process and development process have to be changed. For BEVspecific issues, we have revised the specifications of development environment for the change-points based on the MBD’s existing development environment, successfully achieving shorter development time.Key words：Battery Electric Vehicle, High voltage component, Controller Area Network, MBD, Shorter development timePT Control System Development Dept.Hideki MitoMiki Myojin2.1 BEVの制御システム概要 今回開発したBEVは，PCM（Powertrain Control Module）を統合コントローラーとして，高電圧ラインに接続されるコンポーネント（以下，高電圧コンポーネント）や従来のPTシステムのユニットと協調制御を行うシステム構成とした。 ICEシステムと，BEVシステムの大きな変更点は，駆*2 電子性能開発部 Electrical & Electronics Performance Development Dept.Hiroyuki KitagawaDaisuke TanakaShingo ShigihamaMX30 EV MODELへのMBDの適用Application of Model Base Development to MX30 EV Model培ったMBDをベースにBEV特有の課題への対策，及び効率的な改善を実施したので紹介する。 世界的な環境意識の高まりによる排ガス規制強化の流れは，ZEV＝BEVの導入義務付けや優遇政策を加速させている。 マツダは「走る歓び」と「優れた環境・安全性能」を高い次元で両立させた商品を提供すべく，多彩なPTシステムによるクルマ全体での低燃費化に挑戦し続けており，差別化を図った特色のある魅力的な電動車の早期市場導入が必要な状況である。 今回，電動デバイスのみで走行する電気自動車の開発において，ICEを搭載する車両のPT制御システム開発で*1,3～5 PT制御システム開発部 要 約 ZEV（Zero Emission Vehicle）規制を筆頭に環境規制への適合による開発ボリュームの増加は，開発期間をどれだけ短縮化できるかがキーである。MX30 EV MODEL（以下，MX30）は，マツダ初の量産電気自動車（Battery Electric Vehicle，以下BEV）として従来のICE（Internal Combustion Engine）車にはないモーター（駆動）制御系／バッテリー（エネルギー）制御系を搭載し，各高電圧コンポーネントを協調させた機能を実現するパワートレインシステム（以下，PTシステム）を新規開発した。 今回，MX30では，制御システムが多重通信（Controller Area Network，以下，CAN）中心のシステム構成に変わることで，検証環境や開発のプロセスの視点を変更する必要がある。BEV特有の課題に対して，効率よく開発する手段としてマツダが強みとしているMBD（Model Based Development）の既存開発環境をベースに仕様変更することで，開発期間の短縮化を実現した。Abstractdevelopment time (up to development completion) is essential.
