The second-generation Mazda Axela was launched as Eco Sports with the state-of-the-art environmental and safety performance with excellent dynamics. The biggest news was that the new Axela was equipped with Mazda’s original idling stop system "i-stop". The system was characterized by shorter engine re-start time by use of combustion energy with reduced noise and vibration at engine start and stop, delivering seamless and natural operation. In 2011, Mazda added 20S-SKYACTIV and 20E-SKYACTIV grades to the model line-up, both of which featured the company’s new-generation automatic transmission SKYACTIV-DRIVE.

For a long time, my dream was to buy and drive the Porter Van. Meeting with other fans and owners to celebrate the 50th anniversary is a wonderful memory that I will never forget.
Since I discovered the CX-8, I began to deeply appreciate Mazda’s manufacturing philosophy.
