I have been involved with running a car racing team for a couple of years now. We mostly race at 24-hour endurance races and the Mazda MX-5 is only team car in this segment. The team is working hard to prepare for the next race and excel.
In Australia where I used to live, Mazda was a hugely popular brand. I have seen broad age groups, both young and old, buy a Mazda. To me, that’s because Mazdas look fantastic, excellent to drive and wonderfully fuel efficient at the same time, and they come at an affordable price. The ability to control a car is particularly important to me and Mazdas offer performance that fully meets my demanding expectation.
I would really like to see more people getting to know and appreciate how good Mazdas are. Mazda boasts cutting-edge design and it’s a car company that pays serious attention to the car’s exterior and interior. I’m looking very much forward to competing with our MX-5 at many 24-hour endurance races for many years to come.
