MAZDA

MAZDA 100TH ANNIVERSARY

Sathaporn Piemjit

AXELA (3rd) (MAZDA3) / Thailand

It’s been more than 30 years that my family and I are engaged with Mazda. Our journey with Mazda cars we owned began with our first Mazda 626 since 1986. My parent welcomes the white Mazda 626 known as the “Big Brother” to our family. I remembered that I was so excited that I was for permission to sleep in that car.

As our family got bigger over the years, we bought more Mazda to our family. The brown Mazda Familia known to us as “Little Brother” that we used to support mom’s business. We used that car to practice and learned how to drive. Little Brother (Mazda Familia) has been our family’s faithful car that support mom’s business through many years.

In 1992 our family just got bigger again with the arrival of the grey Mazda Cronos known to us as the second “Big Brother”, he was being so generous and kind. He provided us very large, spacious and got the advance swing air conditioner. Based on our Mazda family’s size, we need a big renovation and expand our house’s space in order to serve all Mazda family members and 4 parking spaces with special arrangement.

In 1995, it was my turn to own a car. My mom took me to book my dream car since I was young which was Mazda Astina but my destiny brought me to own a green Mazda Lantis. This cool ride came with frameless door window and electric Antenna. This car was my cool ride during my study time. After a while Mazda Lantis become too small to support our growing family business so traded it in for a new red Mazda Fighter.

There was a time that I tried other brand of car but my destiny with Mazda continued when I brought the black Mazda 3 that later became my sister’s car. Then follow by a new generation Mazda 3 Skyactiv as my current one which was also a part of my lovely family life. It was become our love witness since our pre-wedding photo shooting and now we have a kid. All family members including my kid growing with Mazda cars. This has been our good memories. Love you Mazda, It’s the only thing I can say.
